Ready to wear some green and have lots of fun? Then join Naturally Chicago for its 2nd annual members-only St. Patrick’s Celebration on Thursday, March 16, starting at 5 p.m. central!

We’ll be back at Pappy’s Bar, located in the offices of SRW Agency at 660 West Randolph St. in Chicago’s West Loop.

Naturally Chicago is so pleased that our friends at Kitchfix are catering a sumptuous meal for our members-only St. Patrick’s Party this Thursday (March 16) at SRW Agency, 660 W. Randolph St. in Chicago’s West Loop.

Kitchfix is a health- and sustainability-focused catering company that does home delivery of prepared meals ordered online. Chef Josh Katt, Kitchfix Founder/Owner, is a believer in Naturally Chicago’s mission and formerly served on our organization’s Board of Directors.

According to Megan McMahon, Vice President of Marketing at Kitchfix, “Our chefs are preparing a fantastic menu tailored for Naturally Chicago that we are sure will please the crowd for St. Paddy's Day.” She continued, “I do want to mention a standout dish for the event, our Lion's Mane Irish Stew, which is both gluten-free and vegan and uses produce from our local purveyors, Windy City Mushrooms.”

The full menu includes a Gaelic buffet featuring the vegan Irish Stew, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Bangers and Gravy, Colcannon, Mustard Roasted Red Potatoes, Sauteed Cabbage and Kale, Irish Soda Bread, House Salad with Caraway Vinaigrette and Ranch, and Guinness Cupcakes with Irish Cream Frosting.

There will also be plated stations with a Mezze Platter (pita chips, olives, crudites, hummus, tzatziki, falafels, dolmas and marinated feta; Crudites and Dips (assorted vegetables, pita chips, roasted garlic hummus, and creamy Ranch dip), and Avocado Oil Fried Potato Chips with French onion dip.

Along with great food, the celebration will feature a bagpiper (this was a big hit at last year’s St. Patrick’s Party, also held at SRW); delicious cocktails — including an Irish Old Fashioned — prepared with cold-pressed juices from Twisted Alchemy, a Natural Chicago sponsor; beer (Guinness, of course, as well as Stella Artois and Coors Light); cider; and hard seltzers. Two local companies, Danie’s Natural Juice Blends and Realsy Snacks, will be sampling their products at the event.

And of course, this will be a great opportunity to make new industry friends and business contacts.

There’s even a big screen TV if your plans for March 16 include watching the first round of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
