Other highlights of the Women in CPG Summit include:

• Keynote Session with Cynthia Tice, Founder of Lily's Sweets and Jane Miller, CEO of Lily's Sweets. Cynthia and Jane will share more about their personal experiences during their leadership transition from Founder to CEO. 

• Women Investing in Women roundtable discussion where women VCs Katherine Rice, from Gingerbread Capital, Allison Long Pettine from Crescent Ridge Partners, and Marissa Epstein from Springdale Ventures are joined by women CEOs of their portfolio companies to share why their partnerships lead to success.

• Journey to the C-Suite session, will feature three successful C-level executives to share their unique journeys. Panelists include Lisa Curtis of Kuli Kuli Foods, Denise Woodard of Partake Foods, and Karen Jobb of Amy's Kitchen.
